Terms of Service

Updated: 08.10.2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Ocean Print Limited t/a WAZP. ("WAZP", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of our websites, accounts, checkout flows, and related services (the "Services"), including the ordering, manufacture, and delivery of 3D printed products (the "Products").

By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1 About WAZP and Our Role

1.1 Manufacturer & Merchant of Record. WAZP designs, manufactures, and sells 3D-printed Products. We also make available third-party designs under license and may accept Customer-provided designs for custom manufacture.

1.2 Production Network. We may manufacture in-house and/or use vetted subcontract manufacturers. Regardless of the production site, WAZP remains responsible to the Customer for conformity of the Product with the contract.

1.3 Scope. These Terms B2B (business) purchases. Some rights apply only to consumers under EU/EEA law; where relevant we say “Consumers only.”

2 Key Definitions

  • Personalised Product: A Product made to your specificationsor clearly personalised, e.g., your provided model, text, logo, bespoke geometry or finishes beyond standard options.

  • Standard Product: A Product made to order but not personalised (e.g., WAZP’s own or licensed designs with only ordinary options such as size or colour from a standard menu).

  • Design Files / User Content: 3D files, artwork, text, images, instructions, or data you upload or provide to be used for manufacture.

  • EU Legal Guarantee: Statutory rights for Consumers under EU law regarding lack of conformity (minimum two-year period; national rules may provide longer).

3 Orders & Contract Formation

3.1 Pre-contract information. Before you check out, we display key information: main characteristics, total price including taxes/fees, delivery costs, and applicable withdrawal rights.

3.2 Contract. The sales contract forms when we confirm your order (order confirmation email or account status update). We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, safety/IP concerns, unmanufacturable design); if so, we will refund any amounts paid for the cancelled items.

3.3 Changes & Cancellations. You may request changes or cancellation until manufacture starts. After manufacture starts, Section 8 (Returns & Withdrawal) governs.

4 Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may change at any time before checkout.

4.2 Payments are processed by secure third-party processors; you authorise charges when placing the order. For international transactions, exchange rates/fees are set by your provider.

4.3 For B2B Customers, WAZP may offer invoicing terms under a separate agreement; in case of conflict, that agreement prevails.

5 Manufacturing, Quality & Tolerances

5.1 Manufacture. Products are manufactured on demand. The average lead time for production is 2 to 3 days but can be up to 5 days.

5.2 3D Printing Characteristics. Layer lines, minor surface artefacts, and slight colour/finish variation are inherent to additive manufacturing and are not defects within the tolerances below.

5.3 Standard Tolerances (guidance):

  • Dimensional: ±5% unless otherwise stated for the material/process. Aesthetic vs functional

  • Colour/Finish: reasonable variation from on-screen previews due to materials, lighting, and monitor calibration.
